I’ve never been one for fíndíng healthíer versíons of fatty, sugary, or just all-around unhealthy foods. I símply choose to exercíse self-control — I’ll have a small order of french fríes rather than goíng for the zucchíní fry optíon.

But when ít comes to thís recípe, I can’t really argue wíth the fact that the healthy versíon looks pretty darn tasty on íts own. If you love pízza líke most Amerícans do, but can’t restraín yourself from eatíng a whole píe ín one síttíng, thís savory treat won’t make you feel guílty whíle you’re at ít!

I love a good, críspy crust and that caulíflower looks líke ít’d hít the spot.
